We are an online shopping platform for food, beverages and FMCG at large. Neatly worked out logistics allows for free of charge deliveries at the doorsteps of the customers. Authentic shops in each region are the sourcing merchants. The platform makes sure that customers recognize their daily needed quality products, while alleviating them from seperately collecting these by driving around with multiple stops at the groceries, the bakeries, the butchers and multiple more familiar merchants. The solution is ecological for sure, but it is also smart.
Indeed, to optimize customer experience, augment operational ease for merchants in preparing orders and to guarantee the carriers income, we tap into the gems that artificial intelligence can deliver. We address challenges step by step while always leveraging its differentiator versus other online players but also versus traditional shopping malls. We work with iOmega Consulting and an agency with AI-expertise to sharpen the approach, to boost knowhow in AI and to gradually bring in such smartness into the platform and associated logistics.
In a 3 months period our intensive discussions on our latest step culiminated in a trajectory which, next to the insights and planning, brought us a nice grant in cash. This could immediately be converted in additional workforce and AI-brains. Much more valorisation is on the horizon right now.
