Scouting and funneling

Just go for this phase! Our first encounter is free anyway and your return can be huge.

Did you known that grants can be as high as 80% on the budget of your planned and future activities? In any case, technical applications for a grant start at minimum 25% of the budget.

In the scouting phase, w'll explore both your plans and the full landscape of grants. Your plans trigger to go for an application towards grants, not the other way around. We will hence dive in following questions:  

• Which technical challenges do you have ahead of you in your next innovation track?
• How will you create knowlegde in your team? Are there any promosing cooperations that will allow to squeeze time, e.g. with a knowledge institution or an industrial partner?
• How does your innovation idea convert in future growth?

The answers will guide to action for us to work on or we go immediately for an application .. as your innovation matches with the aspiration of the grant authority!

Cooperation and execution

In this phase we agree on the subject of a cooperation. We wil e.g. estimate and possibly fix a number of meetings and/or actions. A meeting could be a Q/A, a brainstorm or sparring session. An action could involve a search for a project partner, a contact, a technology, an algorithms, etc. An application file is developed based on a number of such sessions/actions.

Follow-up and support

In case of a grant, iOmega will be your support in navigating all applicable rules and will help you in all interactions with the granting authorities. This is from the day we start a cooperation until grants are authorized. That said, we will have created a bond that goes much longer in time.
